Job Description

 The Control Room Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment to ensure efficient production processes.

Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor PLC-controlled machinery and production systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain automated equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Interpret and modify PLC logic and HMI (Human Machine Interface) settings as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical and automation systems.
• Respond to system alarms and faults, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, system adjustments, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
