Easy access by MRT, beside Nexis Mall

• Direct the marketing strategy, planning, and campaign execution for TCM services and Korean wellness products.
• Establish and lead a marketing team to develop campaign plans that align with the company's objectives.
• Articulate distinct brand positioning, product messaging, and market entry strategies.
• Guide, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies for effective plan execution.
• Convert strategies into comprehensive briefs, timelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supervise integrated campaigns across digital, retail, clinical, and partnership channels.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Ministry of Health (MOH) and National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) standards and advertising regulations.
• Track performance, assess results, and refine strategies based on data and market intelligence.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to facilitate business expansion.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (healthcare / wellness / TCM industry is a strong advantage).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, content, basic analytics).
• Able to plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales.
• Experience working with designers, content team and external vendors.
• Good understanding of branding and customer positioning for health & wellness services.
• Able to manage marketing budget and campaign performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Result-driven, independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
