We’re JC Print & Office Sdn Bhd, a fast-paced and creative company based in Shah Alam that specializes in printing, design, e-commerce, and office supplies.
We help brands and businesses bring their ideas to life — from marketing materials to full-fledged branding solutions. Now, we’re looking for a passionate customer service Sales Executive to join our energetic team and grow together with us!
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (existing & new).
- Build a pipeline of potential clients through proactive outbound calls .
- Introduce and promote our printing, design, and office supply products.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
- Work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to personal goals.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field (Marketing or Business preferred).
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese (will be a plus point).
- Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided!
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- 1+ year experience preferred (fresh grads with portfolios welcome!)
