Job Description
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Content Manager to grow our brand presence in the pickleball community. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across our social media platforms to attract new players, engage existing customers, and promote our courts, programs, events, and merchandise.
This is a hands-on role suitable for a small team environment.
Job Requirements
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop a social media strategy aligned with business goals (bookings, memberships, events, shop sales)
- Plan monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, TikTok & short-form videos)
- Create content themes such as:
- Court activities & daily happenings
- Coaching & training highlights
- Events, leagues & tournaments
- Promotions & packages
- Beginner tips & fun facts
- Community & player spotlights
2. Social Media Management
- Manage platforms such as:
- TikTok
- Google Business Profile
- Schedule and publish posts consistently
- Respond to DMs, comments, enquiries & reviews
- Build a friendly and engaging online community
3. Content Creation
- Shoot photos & videos on court (players, games, events, vibes)
- Edit short-form videos (reels/TikTok style)
- Design simple graphics (promotions, posters, announcements)
- Write engaging captions that match our brand voice
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance (reach, engagemnet, enquiries, conversions)
- Monitor what content works best
- Provide simple monthly reports with improvement ideas
5. Paid Advertisement (Basic Level)
- Run simple ads campaigns when needed (Facebook, IG, Tiktok)
- Monitor budget & results
