As a Guest Experience Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of Urban Pickle, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and has a great time. Your role is key to creating a warm, fun atmosphere for our players. Key responsibilities include:  

• Greet Customers: Welcome players with a smile, answer their questions, and help them feel at home on our courts.  
• Sell Products: Offer water, pickleball balls, and other small items from our shop, keeping stock organized and ready.  
• Reschedule Bookings: If rain interrupts play, assist customers in rescheduling court bookings smoothly and professionally.  
• Support the Vibe: Keep the front desk tidy, share the Urban Pickle spirit, and help with light tasks to keep our club running smoothly.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For 

• A positive, friendly person who loves meeting new people and spreading good vibes.  
• No experience needed—we’ll teach you everything through our “Pickle University” training!  
• Comfortable handling basic cash transactions and using simple booking systems (don’t worry, we’ll show you how).  
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a lively, active environment.  
• Passion for community and an interest in sports or fitness is a plus, but not required.
