1. Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth scheduling, court management, and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff shifts, training, and customer service standards
- Coordinate events, leagues, and bookings
- Implement operational systems and processes to scale efficiently
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and maintenance teams
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in operations, facility management, hospitality or F&B
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, booking platforms, and basic tech systems
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (preferred)
- Interest in sports, wellness, or active lifestyle is a plus
