Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive intern to support our Service Sales team with customer follow-ups, accounts receivable (AR) reminders, and basic cold calling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices (AR collection) via phone or email
- Make calls to customers for payment reminders or basic sales follow-ups or appointment
- Assist the sales team with basic administrative and customer support tasks
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic knowledge of Email communication, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
