Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hospital’s reputation, expand its patient base, and increase revenue streams.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgetary allocations, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings to drive growth and diversification.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with patients, staff, physicians, vendors, and the local community to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Human Resources Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the hospital’s administrative and support staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in healthcare administration, with a strong background in hospital operations, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
  • A commitment to excellence in patient care, with a passion for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.
