Job Description

Ready to own finance for a practical, hands-on manufacturing team that ships to local and export customers? You will find that working with us at JHM means backing operations that produce reliable components and support long-term customer relationships. We keep things practical, team-focused, and results-oriented.

As Accountant / Finance Manager, you will design and scale finance processes, set up reliable reporting and controls, and turn transactional data into clear forecasts and actions. You will work closely with operations, procurement, and senior leaders to improve cost visibility and cash planning. Success looks like faster month-end closes, accurate product costing, and a stronger cash position for the business.

Your Growth & Impact

  • Strengthen leadership by managing month-end close and gaining direct supervisory experience and responsibility for reporting accuracy. Build a track record of timely closes and cleaner books that you can point to in future senior roles.
  • Deepen ERP and analysis skills through hands-on configuration, journal management, and building management packs that senior leaders use for decisions.
  • Expand your cross-functional network by partnering with operations, procurement, suppliers, and auditors to resolve costing gaps and improve processes. Gain practical stakeholder management and problem resolution experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Own budgeting and cash planning cycles to develop strategic financial planning experience and improve working capital outcomes.
  • Improve manufacturing cost control by implementing documented reconciliation routines and variance workflows that make margins transparent. Develop measurable improvements in inventory costing and margin reporting you can present to leadership and auditors.
