As a Junior or Senior QA Engineer you will build and scale quality systems, from containment and 8D problem-solving to FAI qualification and supplier improvements. You will lead a QA team, manage RMAs and sample submissions, and work closely with Operations and Engineering to stop defects and support smooth NPI transitions.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Quality systems & problem solving

• You will design, document and maintain quality systems including containment and corrective action workflows to prevent recurrence.
• You will lead 8D investigations and coordinate MRB decisions to resolve nonconformances and close corrective actions.

Production & supplier quality

• You will manage FAI qualifications, sample submissions and incoming and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet drawing and measurement standards.
• You will coordinate RMAs with suppliers and customers and support supplier improvement plans to reduce defects and improve delivery.

Team leadership & cross-functional support

• You will lead and coach the QA team, assign containment actions and track effectiveness to keep production on schedule.
• You will work closely with Operations and Engineering during NPI transitions, process audits and measurement updates to support smooth product launches.
• You will own continuous improvement projects that reduce reoccurrence and improve part flow to customers.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You hold a minimum degree in Engineering.
• You have around 2 to 3 years working experience in the electronic industry, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read, write and speak Chinese is preferable.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You have practical experience with 8D, FAI, MRB, RMA handling and containment processes.
• You can perform incoming and in-process inspections, process audits and measurement verification against drawings.
• You are familiar with root cause analysis and common quality tools used in manufacturing environments.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with Operations and Engineering teams.
• You are detail oriented, methodical and focused on preventing repeat issues.
• You are comfortable leading small teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
