Job Description:

• Capable of learning and understanding from Customer Test Specification, Schematic, Drawing, 3D Drawing, etc.
• Support team to develop and implement functional test solutions that satisfy the customer’s product requirement.
• Development activities include test specification analysis, defining test solution.
• Implementation activities include system integration, test system build, installation, debug, provide user training, and start-up support.
• Test performance characterization includes test coverage, programming/calibration functions, automation, repeatability, reliability, safety, ergonomics, and supportability.
• Provide continuous improvement idea to growth factory supporting team.
• Assist customer, setup new product testing facilities and procedures on site.
• Capable of performing failure analysis at system level down to device electronics boards.
• Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
• Knowledge in test automation and being able to work with suppliers and or customer to optimize/enhance the new/current test method/processes.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organized.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or related field. 
• Knowledge in electronic circuit and electrical wiring. 
• Knowledge in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout design is an added advantage.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin). Ability to conduct technical presentations, negotiate terms, and translate complex requirements for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in developing test instructions and procedures
• Programming Language knowledge C/C++, C# and SQL.
• Experience on practical test & debug experience with automotive products
• Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication, attitude, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel frequently to factory sites in Sungai Petani.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with less than 2 years experiences in the manufacturing functional tester support are encouraged to apply.
