Key Responsibilities

 Financial Transactions & Payments

• You will record daily transactions, post journal entries and maintain accurate ledgers in our accounting system so project costs stay current.
• You will prepare and process supplier invoices and payments, ensuring approvals and payment schedules are met.
  
  Reconciliations & Reporting
• You will perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve variances promptly to keep cash records reliable.
• You will support month-end tasks and basic bookkeeping to produce clear financial data for the finance team.
  
  Site & Supplier Coordination
• You will work with site teams and suppliers to verify invoices, track claims and ensure timely collections and payments.
• You will handle ad hoc finance tasks to support smooth project operations and administrative needs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You hold a minimum of STPM, LCCI or a Diploma in Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably with exposure to construction project accounts.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You are comfortable with common accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
• You have hands-on experience with ledger posting, accounts payable processes, bank reconciliations and basic month-end tasks.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You have good communication and interpersonal skills and can work closely with site teams and suppliers.
• You are organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with a practical attitude toward meeting deadlines and supporting the finance workflow.
