Join Jiangsu Installation Sdn. Bhd. (JSI) and play a key role in managing HR operations, with a strong focus on foreign workers supporting our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave and staff-related matters.
• Manage foreign worker affairs, including recruitment, documentation, work permits, passports, medical checks, renewals and related government requirements.
• Coordinate foreign worker arrangements such as accommodation, transportation, welfare, insurance and other employment-related matters.
• Liaise with government agencies, manpower agencies, vendors and relevant parties on foreign worker matters.
• Monitor foreign worker documentation and ensure records, permits and certifications remain valid and up to date.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment for construction sites based on project requirements.
• Assist with payroll, attendance, overtime, claims and other HR administration.
• Handle employee enquiries, disciplinary matters and day-to-day HR issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and prepare HR reports when required.
• Support HR policies, compliance matters, staff engagement and other HR projects or ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in construction, engineering or a manpower-intensive environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Mandarin is required for communication with Chinese management and foreign workers.
• Strong knowledge of foreign worker management, employment documentation and related processes in Malaysia.
• Familiar with payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment and general HR administration.
• Experience dealing with government agencies, manpower agencies and foreign worker-related matters is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SQL Payroll and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple HR matters independently.
