Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Executive, based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Event Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end event planning and execution, liaising with clients and vendors to ensure seamless operations. They will handle event logistics, budgeting, and scheduling, while also contributing creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience. The role requires collaboration with a dynamic team to deliver best-in-class events for a diverse range of clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Project Management skills, including the ability to manage logistics, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management capabilities
• Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with Budget Management and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in Canva, Event Management Software and Microsoft Office tools
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
• Experience in the events or hospitality industry is an added advantage
