Your Role:

• Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable JYNNS products to customers
• Attend to customer inquiries in a helpful and professional manner
• Stay updated with current sales promotions, payment/exchange policies, and in-store security practices
• Support company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and health expos
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum qualification: SPM or higher
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided
• Fresh graduates and senior individuals are encouraged to apply
• Passionate about customer service, the retail industry, and promoting health and wellness
• Candidates with retail experience may be considered for a supervisory role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Additional language skills are a plus, especially the ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese, to better serve our diverse customer base
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs
