Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director with strong design sensibility and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in design execution, while contributing to the development of impactful visual concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

•  Design attractive and functional product packaging that aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives
•  Leverage AI tools to streamline design processes, generate creative ideas, or enhance visual storytelling
•  Be hands-on in crafting designs across various media (digital, print, packaging, etc.)
•  Support the development of campaign ideas with strong visual storytelling
•  Collaborate with senior creatives, marketers, and other team members to deliver cohesive and effective work
•  Ensure consistency in brand look and feel across all design outputs
•  Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve your craft

Job Requirements

•  At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design or art direction
•  A keen eye for detail, good market sense, and a creative mindset
•  Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
•  A solid portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills
•  Strong communication skills with the ability to understand feedback and improve quickly
•  Positive attitude, openness to learning, and a proactive team spirit
•  Experience using AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) and know how to apply them in professional design workflows
