Internship Opportunity: Social Media Content Creator (Crystal & Lifestyle Retail)

Do you love creating content, keeping up with trends, and have an interest in crystals, energy, and holistic living?

We’re looking for creative, passionate interns to join our team and bring our crystal brand to life through content across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

As an intern, you will:

• Develop engaging, trend-driven content (concepts, ideas, storytelling) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Red Note, and more.
• Handle end-to-end content creation: from photo/video shooting to editing and copywriting.
• Create content that reflects the beauty, energy, and story of crystals in daily life.
• Write catchy, platform-optimized captions that connect with our audience.
• Keep up with social media trends (viral sounds, effects, transitions) and adapt them to suit our brand.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns, promotions, and lifestyle storytelling.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements for engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Content Creation – Ability to generate fresh, creative, and meaningful content ideas aligned with crystals & holistic lifestyle.
• Videography/Photography & Editing – Comfortable shooting content with smartphone; editing with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Copywriting & Captioning – Craft catchy, engaging captions that balance trendiness with brand storytelling.
• Trend Awareness – Passionate about social media, viral content, and lifestyle/holistic trends.
• Organization & Collaboration – Manage multiple tasks, open to feedback, and work well in a team environment.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields.
• Interest in crystals, holistic lifestyle, wellness, or spiritual content (bonus if you already love crystals!).
• Familiarity with videography, photography, editing, and graphic design basics.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive, creative, and good communication skills.
• (Bonus) Understanding Chinese to create content for Red Note.
