Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage full set accounts and support the company’s financial operations. You will work closely with management, external accountants, and the internal team to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle daily accounting operations like payments, invoices, receipts, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports for management review.
• Monitor company cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and banks.
• Support HR/admin team with payroll data, staff claims, and basic documentation when required.
• Maintain organized filing of financial and administrative documents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for product, lifestyle, and social media use.
• Capture high-quality images and videos during campaigns, model shoots, and events.
• Edit photos and videos using appropriate software to maintain consistent brand style.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and live host teams to meet campaign needs.
• Manage studio lighting, backdrop, and equipment setup.
• Maintain and organize camera gear and files systematically.
• Assist with creative direction and contribute fresh visual ideas for upcoming campaigns.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• Proficient in Mandarin (able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking management or suppliers). 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Advantage if familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, Million System, or similar.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
