We are a fast-growing e-commerce company committed to delivering excellent products and services through digital innovation. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin cum Customer Service support our organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed in the company database.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
  • Support the administrative team with various projects and tasks as assigned, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find effective solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices and processing of payments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry-level position available.
  • Proficiency in Administration Management and providing Administrative Support.
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to perform Data Entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in Order Processing and Record Keeping is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving skills and a customer-oriented approach to Customer Service.
  • Fluency in Mandarin
