Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding. 
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and complete documentation. 
  • Implement, maintain, and enforce company policies, rules, and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives. 
  • Prepare and submit accurate payroll-related information to the finance team, including attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and proposing improvements to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Act as a key liaison with China business partners, coordinating operational updates, communications, and growth initiatives. 
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, including office supplies, scheduling, and administrative support.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events and internal activities to boost employee engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and branding team to align HR initiatives with company brand values and goals.
  • Monitor and improve staff performance and productivity through coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a positive, high-performing work culture.
  • Contribute to business expansion and operational improvement strategies by providing insights from HR and operations perspectives.
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR Executive, or any related recruitment field. 
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or other related studies. 
  • Ability to speak Mandarin for management and coordination purposes will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
