We are a growing e-commerce fashion brand specializing in elegant apparel that blends tradition with modern style. Our mission is to provide exclusive, culturally respectful, and trend-forward fashion for women across Malaysia and beyond. As our business expands, we are looking for a dedicated Intern Admin role to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration

  • Help keep the office organized and running smoothly. 
  • Do simple tasks like filing, data entry, printing, and updating documents.
  • Assist HR/management with basic scheduling and paperwork.
  • Make sure office supplies (pens, paper, etc.) are available.
  • Help prepare for small internal meetings when needed. 

2.Ecommerce Support

  • Reply to customer messages politely and on time. 
  • Check and follow up on orders (late, cancelled, or abnormal) to help solve simple issues.
  • Assist in reading and organizing customer feedback for improvement.

3. Affiliate & Creator Support

  • Help communicate with creators/affiliates for updates.
  • Do simple follow-up tasks to ensure smooth collaboration.

4. General Support

  • Work with the warehouse, marketing, and live team when they need small admin help.
  • Assist with any simple tasks assigned by your supervisor.
     

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Open to Diploma and Bachelor’s degree students in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the e-commerce industry, especially in the fashion niche.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance.
  • Basic knowledge of social media, online shopping platforms, or customer chat tools is an added advantage.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Internship duration: minimum 3 months (priority given to those available for longer).
