Job Description :

• Assist during TikTok live sessions as a support admin
• Monitor and manage live comments, order numbers & customer inquiries
• Coordinate with the host to ensure smooth product showcasing
• Update live product lists, prices, and stock availability in real-time
• Prepare scripts, item queues, and product setups before and after live
• Support in reporting live session performance (views, sales, top items, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Students or fresh grads in Bachelor of Mass Comm / Business / Admin / E-Commerce or related fields
• Passion for live streaming, TikTok, and online fashion retail 
• Fast at typing, multitasking, and responding to comments/chat 
• Strong attention to detail and team coordination
• Able to work flexible shifts (live sessions may be during evenings/weekends)
• Internship commitment: Min 3 months, preferably up to 6 months or more than that based on university.
