Job Description

We are looking for a Live Admin Intern to support our live-stream operations on platforms like TikTok and Shopee. You will assist the live team in preparing, monitoring, and managing live sessions to ensure smooth performance and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up live-stream equipment and product displays before each session.
• Monitor live chats, respond to comments, and help manage customer inquiries during live sessions.
• Coordinate with the host and team to ensure a smooth live-stream flow.
• Help prepare live schedules, product lists, and simple reporting after each session.
• Support the team in checking stock availability and updating product details.
• Record and organize live session data and feedback for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields. 
• Minimum internship period: 3 months.
• Basic understanding of social media or live-stream platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.).
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willing to assist with occasional evening or weekend live sessions if required.

• Interest in e-commerce and social media trends.
