We're a fast-growing TikTok-based e-commerce brand selling trendy fashion and lifestyle products. We are looking for Operation Assistant support our management and host to ruin ecommerce platform for betterment.

Job Sumary:
The Operator Assistant will support the execution of live streaming operations by coordinating with hosts, assisting live admin staff, and implementing instructions from the management team. This role acts as a communication bridge between management and the live team, ensuring all procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:

1. Assist in managing live sessions alongside hosts and admins. 
2. Follow and implement instructions from management regarding live sessions.
3. Coordinate with live hosts and admins to ensure readiness before every session.
4. Communicate updates, changes, or instructions clearly to all involved parties.
5. Follow up on live-related matters such as session issues, performance highlights, and feedback.
6. Arrange and attend team meetings between live hosts/admin and management.
7. Support technical setup and basic troubleshooting during live streams.
8. And other related task given.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Open to Fresh Graduates and University Students (Internship placement)
• Students or fresh grads in Bachelor of Mass Comm / Business / Admin / E-Commerce or related fields
• Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin and Malay
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced live-streaming environment
• Punctual, responsible, and proactive
• Internship commitment: Min 3 months, preferably up to 6 months or more than that based on university.
