Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead our design team and create stylish, high-quality Muslimah fashion collections. The role requires creativity, leadership, and an understanding of both fashion trends and our brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design seasonal collections that reflect Youmilier’s brand vision.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and colors suitable for the Muslimah market.
• Oversee sampling, fittings, and final product development.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and design assistants.
• Work closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all designs maintain quality, modesty, and market appeal.

Job Requirements

1.  Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Fashion Designer (Muslimah fashion experience is a plus).
2. Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and design software.
3. Creative vision with commercial awareness of fashion retail.
4. Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
5. Passionate about modest fashion and trend-forward design.
