- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations of the company, including invoicing, banking and bill payments, calibration certificate management, filing systems, supplier/customer coordination, foreign worker permit processing, and general office administration.
- Requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organization, as it includes handling sensitive financial and banking information
Job Requirements
Proficient in using SQL accounting software, email and basic office equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for banking, invoicing, and certification records.
High level of integrity and discretion, given regular access to sensitive financial and banking information.
Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain multiple physical and digital filing systems.
Basic understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF/KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN,ESD) is an advantage.
Good communication skills for liaising with customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
Ability to multi-task and manage recurring monthly deadlines independently.
