Job Description

 

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot product and service-related issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns

Job Requirements

 

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues
  3. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the technology or software industry
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
