• Candidates will be required to act as front desk of the company in daily basis to handle enquiries and request from customer. He or she may also request to work closely with overseas suppliers, export team, finance team to ensure proper service delivery, shipping and invoicing.
• Candidates will be responsible for full spectrum of shipping document process including but not limited to shipping instructions, commercial invoices, draft BL checking, PO review and etc.
• Preparing draft documents for all shipment related matters in advance for customer review and confirmation.
• Eyes on 3rd party documents application status from overseas and acquire in time. Ensure all shipping documents comply to legal regulations and company policy before document presents to either customer or bank.
• Knowledge with Letter of Credit (LC) preferable. Candidates will be responsible for review incoming LC, analyse credit worthiness of the LC and minimize risk of bad debts.
• Bulk shipment knowledge needed. Candidates with knowledge in bulk shipment will be an added advantage.
• He/she will be required to support traders or sales manager to manage issues that affect customer’s order if there is any
• Other add hoc duties assigned by management team.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least post graduate Diploma/BSc/BA in supply chain, logistics or relative field is a plus

2. Computer savvy with knowledge of MS office (such as word, excel and etc)

3. Solid knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures 

4. At least 4 to 5 years working experience in similar role.

5. Well verse with LC knowledge, payment term and Incoterm

6. Attention to details Problem attend and solving abilities

7. Able to work under fast pace environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
