What will you do?

In this position you will play an integral part of supporting the Geotechnical division and its success whilst establishing best of Geotechnical Engineering practices.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• To meet client and applicable statutory, regulatory and environmental requirements while performing daily tasks.

• Carry out design tasks independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent grasp of design principles, to assist in the preparation of BQ, drawings, computer aided design work

• Familiar with popular design softwares especially geotechnical design, hands-on experience in analysing results from technical softwares; working knowledge in Plaxis would be an added advantage.

• Coordinate with junior engineers, drafting and administrative staff.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following :

• Possess recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Registration with BEM is mandatory. Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.

• Minimum 9 - 11 years working experience in a related field.

• Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Good attitude, positive thinking and committed to excellence.

• Excellent time management and project coordination skills

• Site experience would be an added advantage.
