Randstad is partnering with a well-estashblished industrial manufacturer in Johor who offers engineering works to the construction sector. As the business expands, they are looking to hire a Factory Manager to be based at their manufacturing site in Johor.

about the job
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for overall operations management within the manufacturing site with managers across production, quality and supply chain department reporting to you.

• Manage daily operations and ensure on-time delivery of products
• Manage cost control vs budget
• Lead production and project meeting with client on progress reporting
• Key person to communicate with cross functional department, external stakeholders and staff at all levels
• Ensure the plant is operating at optimal level with compliance to ISO and Safety standards

about the manager/team

• Degree in Engineering with 10 year's work experience in manufacturing environment with min. 5 year's of managerial experience in leading sizeable team.
• Experience in steel fabrication or related industry will be an added advantage
• Independent and proactive mentality
• Strong leadership
