Perform Corrective Maintenance Work - day to day on-site technical support and fault management for operator - ZTE/Huawei network products and services, including but not limited to Node-B, IPRAN, Rectifier, Transmission NE, troubleshooting for network traffic availability, ability to interpret test result, advise customers on site issue and etc.
Interface with customers to expedite service recovery, as well as to communicate resolution to customers.
As 1st level support to NOC for all technical resolution on corrective/preventive maintenance.
Responsible for problem/incident management, tracking of all issues, escalation, and reporting.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering/Information Technology or its equivalent (Engineer Position)
Candidate with years of telecommunication experience but with no academic qualification will also be considered to apply.
