Job Description

This role will report to the CEO and will be based in Kuala Lumpur office

  • Cover broad HR function for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam operations team.
  • Develop & implement HR policies to support the delivery of key business objectives including employee retention & engagement, company revenue generation.
  • Be the point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with current legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a memorable candidate experience.
  • Conduct periodic 1-on-1 session to understand employees’ needs and come out with suggestions to address their concerns.
  • Provide consultation & guidance on performance reviews, improvement plans, disciplinaries and the appraisal process.
  • Manage the annual pay review process, in consultation with regional HR partners.
  • Manage the monthly payroll process and benefits administration.
  • Oversee administration of all employee files and records.
  • Organize staff-related events and activities.
  • General office administration support e.g., pantry and office supplies

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or other fields
  • Min. 5 years of equivalent experience
  • Strong people & team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery on deadlines
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of current employment legislation principles keeping knowledge up to date
