This role will report to the CEO and will be based in Kuala Lumpur office
Cover broad HR function for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam operations team.
Develop & implement HR policies to support the delivery of key business objectives including employee retention & engagement, company revenue generation.
Be the point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with current legislation, policies and procedures.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a memorable candidate experience.
Conduct periodic 1-on-1 session to understand employees’ needs and come out with suggestions to address their concerns.
Provide consultation & guidance on performance reviews, improvement plans, disciplinaries and the appraisal process.
Manage the annual pay review process, in consultation with regional HR partners.
Manage the monthly payroll process and benefits administration.
Oversee administration of all employee files and records.
Organize staff-related events and activities.
General office administration support e.g., pantry and office supplies
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or other fields
Min. 5 years of equivalent experience
Strong people & team leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery on deadlines
Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of current employment legislation principles keeping knowledge up to date
