Job Description
Human Resources Executive/ Senior Executivewill be responsible for managing the full spectrum/project management of Human Resource functions.
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop & improve overall policies and procedures in relation to Human resources.
- Establish and maintain HR records (past and current) through designing a filing and retrieval system.
- Develop, monitor, and enhance overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Manage clients’ monthly payroll (budgeting report analysis)
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Academic Qualification(s):
- Preferably Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.
- Possessed Professional Certificate in Human Resources.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- Minimum of 3 years of the HR experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, technology savvy.
- Possessed knowledge of Employment Act.
- Possessed Government Statutes (EFF, SOCSO, EIS, TAX).
