Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and promotes employee engagement.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and exit interviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and managing employee performance.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Encourage continuous learning and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
- Conduct regular compensation reviews and merit increase processes.
- Design and oversee incentive programs, such as bonuses and profit-sharing schemes.
Compliance and Legal Matters:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and oversee documentation related to employment contracts, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
