- Onboarding Assistance: Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, assisting with paperwork, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in maintaining positive employee relations by assisting with communication and engagement initiatives, and helping to address employee questions or concerns.
- HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate and organized employee records and databases. Support HR projects related to data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Training and Development: Contribute to the coordination and logistics of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employees' skills and knowledge.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Participate in HR policy reviews and updates, ensuring that company policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees.
- Assist in HR Projects: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, which may include process improvements, HRIS implementation, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and more.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and benchmarking to provide insights that support decision-making within the HR department.
- Communication and Documentation: Assist in drafting HR communications, memos, and announcements. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of HR documentation and resources.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
