Job Summary :
HRIS Specialist is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of our HR technology platform to support our HR processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving HR systems.
- Effective and efficient service provision in line with service level agreements and Customer Satisfaction targets.
- Configure and maintain various modules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Preferable hands-on experience in one or two modules - Analytical Reporting including Story Report, Integration, Learning Management System or Recruitment modules.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, and implement solution that align with business needs.
- Contributes to continuous improvement and employee centricity and growing our value projects/initiatives
- Gather data from HR platforms and feedback from team members to identify specific processes.
- Document and communicate process updates to different users in the organization.
- Report key indicators for the business to measure the effect of process improvement efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the SAP SuccessFactors platform and recommend enhancements or process improvements.
- Assist in implementing, data migration, testing and supporting the HR systems and business process documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support HR technology initiaties, system upgrades, and implementations.
- Provide HRIS training and support to users.
Qualifications :
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or in any related fields.
- Proven continuous experience with min 2 to 4 years in SuccessFactors, including configuration and maintenance of various modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Very strong technical acumen in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR enabling technologies
- Preferable certificatied to one or more SuccessFactors module.
- Possess sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to HR stakeholders.

Skills & Abilities :
- Functional knowledge in HR processes and system especially in SAP SuccessFactors or any other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge on applicable data privacy and protection requirements.
- Proficient in English with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholder in HR and business.
