Join us in this role where you’ll be helping the business succeed and stay secure by translating security and regulatory requirements into the design and operation of our IAM PAM Product. As part of the IAM Product Line, you’ll interact with all parts of the organisation, across many countries and cultures.

Welcome to Identity Access Management
You’ll be part of Infrastructure Management and the IAM Product Line where you, together with your colleagues around the globe, will form part of the Privileged Access team. We’re responsible for the IAM products, identity security best practices, guidelines, and technical platforms. You’ll be engaging with the business units and our global IT and OT organisations in terms of their requirements or security concerns of regulators, partners, and clients.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • working with the IAM Product Line, the IAM projects, and our business to identify and map current IAM infrastructure, processes, and IAM master data dependencies across the IT and OT landscape with a specific focus on Privileged Access
  • leading the integration and process design, development, and support of the PAM solution, taking our goals and strategic direction into account in a SAFe Agile framework
  • designing, implementing, and maintaining the usage of the PAM solution while continuously evaluating and driving optimisation of the existing setup, and ensuring that the integration processes remain updated and effective
  • designing, planning, and implementing onboarding and maintenance of applications into the PAM Solution, as well as providing support and expertise to IT and OT on PAM solution utilisation and development
  • leading IAM discussions in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement, and conversions, and recommending solutions when appropriate
  • ensuring proper and timely Lifecycle Management of the PAM Solution, incl. patching, upgrades and monitoring, etc.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong general IT skills and knowledge of MS Active Directory, incl. Group Policy Objects, IT Networks, Load balancers, Citrix, MS Server, and Linux servers OS
  • have hands-on experience of implementing, configuring, and maintaining one or more PAM technologies (ManageEngine PAM360 preferred but not essential)
  • have strong fault-finding experience and root cause analysis skills on PAM solutions and have a good understanding of identity master data and identity lifecycle processes
  • have strong experience with IAM processes and integration design for IAM solutions and preferably have a good working knowledge of IT security and IAM security best practices
  • have excellent communication and key stakeholder management skills
  • have good team building and collaboration skills and the ability to cooperate within virtual teams and have a personal drive to achieve results and an enthusiasm for development.
