  • Provide production support;
  • Drive the technical design, ongoing configuration, testing, and maintenance of IOT applications (new deployments and enhancements);
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Shopfloor System IoT connectivity.
  • Create support documentation (design documents, training materials, job aids, etc.).
