Detailed Description:Job Requirement :Degree In Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, and equivalents.Minimum 3 years working experience in Electronic products (Communication,Enterprise products, etc.) reliability testing and design analysis.Familiar with MTBF, De-rating analysisFamiliar with Environmental and reliability testing such as Vibration test,shock test, drop test, storage test, HALT/HASS, acoustic test, RVI test, etc.Project management skills and data analysisGood English skills in both written and oral.Job Responsibilities :Responsible for reliability test validation of IT equipments includingserver/storage/switch product.Work with Development team to ensure the products can meet reliabilityspecification.Responsible for MTBF prediction analysis to provide initial reliabilitypredictions.Work with other function teams to perform failure analysis and generateDocument comprehensive reliability test plan and report.
