What you’ll do:
Lead recruiter to support the growth of our Customer Experience Group and various commercial teams in Malaysia.
Take ownership and be creative to drive the end-to-end TA strategy (sourcing, attraction, selection and offer) to hire diverse, world class talents for Klook.
Partner with business leaders to deeply understand their needs. Balance different considerations: hiring speed, maintaining a high talent bar and value-add to Klook’s unique culture.
Develop a robust and forward-thinking candidate pipeline and sourcing strategies while fostering long term relationships with top talent, passive and active.
Advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring journey; provide an inspirational and authentic perspective in all touchpoints of the candidate experience.
Leverage talent trends, recruitment data and TA best practices to identify opportunities, influence decisions and improve hiring effectiveness.
Work collaboratively with P&C centers of excellence to enhance Klook’s employer brand.
Effectively lead and/or contribute to cross-functional projects to promote talent density in Klook.
What you'll need:
Experience in full-cycle recruitment across entry level to mid-senior roles
Deep knowledge of Malaysia’s talent market, skills and industry trends and a strong network. Regional exposure is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Passion for building and growing genuine relationships with stakeholders and candidates
A growth mindset
Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
Attention to detail and effective prioritization skills
