Job Description

• Liaise and arrange pre-con with subcontractor at site to ensure the scope and path of each project are as per schedule.
• Oversee and manage project deliverables progression to ensure meeting the specified timeline.
• Coordinate and facilitate site maintenance on standby mode (24x7).
• Provide information and status updates on the site progress to customers in a timely manner.
• Perform any ad-hoc onsite maintenance activities which assigned.
• Maintain existing site for preventing maintenance service.
• Compiling all the maintenance job reports from subcon to ensure the payment on time.
• Compiling and updating all the maintenance information in our system (TowerCo).
• Plan and schedule site audit. (yearly basis)

• Candidate with minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in Telco industry.
• Candidate must possess “Maintenance” related working experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent written and oral communication is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, good attendance record.
