- Responsible for optical yield analysis/improvement and optical maverick lot disposition which involves working with cross functional team to drive for improvement.
- Perform analysis, update maintain the product steering table (STDB) and feedback latest product steering table, optimize STDB for better yield prediction - affects OM/OF planning for customer delivery, chip mfg planning.
- Define chip IP and wavelength range to meet customer demands and achieve optimization of tape yield.
- Maintain conversion recipe in MixZApps system.
- Work with chip change engineering team on chip sorting spec optimization/mismatch.
- Provide technical assessment related to chip salvaging, quality, performance.
- Responsible for new batch layer/platelt/phosphor material phase in to meet delivery, performance, cost, and quality target.
- Responsible for Finished Good risk inventory reduction (Dormant/fallout) effort from steering perspective.
- Customer samples/Corner samples support.
- B.Sc, B. Engineering. Physics, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years involvement in the LED Manufacturing/Semiconductor Fields
- 1-2 years experience in Product/Steering Engineering, Product Development or Product Characterization on the LED Manufacturing fields.
- Experience and ability to lead cross functional team for improvement projects
