  Job Description: -
  • Oversee the entire quantity surveying process for construction projects, including cost estimation, budget control, and cost monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost forecasting and financial planning. 
  • Review and evaluate contractor and vendor quotations, negotiating pricing to achieve favorable terms.
  • Sitting in project meetings and project sub-committee meetings on behalf of Senior Project Manager/ Director 
  • Prepares and monitors the master program, procurement and  trade letting  schedule and monitors the Construction Managers progress against the critical path.
  • Obtain all necessary statutory approvals and certifications from relevant authorities. 
  • To be competence in Building Contract within its liability, rights and implementation method 
  • Reviewing construction documents and drawing 
  • Assess potential risks, material and costs.
  • Requires visiting site to resolve site issues.
Requirements: -
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying is a plus.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
  • In-dept knowledge of construction cost estimation, budget  control, and procurement processes 
  • Leadership quantities and ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
