Recruitment Cum Activation Manager (January 2023)


Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with Clients to ensure that the Company meets the marketing objective and Client’s expectation
- Collaborate with team members & external coordinators
- Handling operations and recruitment
- Travelling to project site for inspections and to manage events outcome (Including weekends if needed)
- Providing leadership, motivation, clear direction, and guidance to the event operation team
- Maintaining and monitoring the area of activation as per the Company’s requirements
- Collaborate with the operation team with the day-to-day event coordination of all aspects of the event activities
- To work with the team to develop and deliver the activation specification to ensure that the calibre of the activation meets the objectives of the Company and clients’ expectation
- Submission of weekly project reports for the outcome of the event/project with justification
- To support and manage the delivery and execution of the project
- To understand Store Operations processes and liaise with the key players to improve efficiency for the in-store execution
- Preparing reports, presentation and proposal plans for pitching and internal
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma.
- 1-2 years in relevant field
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
- Strong skills in presentation, project management, interpersonal, logical thinking, and problem solving.
- Stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, optimistic, hardworking, and challenge lover.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Have an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change.
- Self-motivated, friendly, talkative & responsible.
- 25 and above
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment solve problems
- Applicants must be prepared own transport.
- Applicants must be willing to travel.
