Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Developing and establishing sales strategies to generate revenue and expand market share.
  • Actively developing account development strategies to increase sales figures from existing as well as new customers.
  • Being accountable for meeting sales targets and marketing objectives as well as new market developments.
  • Gathering market information on customer’s activities, projects and sales forecasts.
  • Assisting customers on any technical issues and building good rapport with customers.
  • Conducting post-sales analysis of technical problems, troubleshooting, servicing and performing product testing to help improve product reliability, safety and maintainability, etc.
  • Ensuring ample stock of marketing and training materials
