Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Technical Consultation:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as the main technical point of contact.
- Understand client requirements and challenges, and offer informed solutions using theproducts.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on how the products can address their unique needs.
2. Solution Development and Presentation:
- Analyze client needs to develop customized solutions that leverage product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcaseproducts' capabilities.
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement strategies.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market research.
- Create persuasive sales proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value proposition ofproducts.
- Engage in negotiation discussions to secure contracts and agreements with clients.
4. Project Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients, addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial).
- Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to comprehend complex technical concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Problem-solving aptitude to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and contribute within a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability for occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
