Randstad is partnering with a UK based MNC company that specialises in actuators and valves for industrial applications. The company is expanding their sales team and looking for a talented sales engineer to be part of their growing team.

about the job

• Reporting to the Country Sales Manager
• Home based position
• Required to travel

duties and responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Responsible for quotation, proposal and closing of orders to prospects.
• Channel of sales will be with distributors and end users
• Any other tasks, or project assigned by Country Sales Manager

skill and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering will be prioritised
• Min 2-4 years experience in sales related roles that is within the industry
• Strong connections in the targeted industries will be a plus (actuators, valves, pumps)
• Required to be independent and self-driven to achieve targets
