Location : Kota Damansara
Salary : RM 4,200 - 7,000
APPLY NOW job description The Service Engineer will be responsible for generators’ testing, installation, repair and customer training; and he will be responsible for the daily operation of the repair center in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the daily operation related issues, to ensure a good operation status of the repair center.
- Solve the technical problems by domestic / oversea customers in Asia, with communicating colleagues in HQ and Asia as necessary, to ensure the good running status of the generators at customer side.
- Repair generators in repair center with balance of time, cost and quality, to achieve the output target.
- Maintain the repair center’s test equipment, to ensure its best efficiency of the daily running.
- Test, Install, repair and do customer training at customer side in Southeast Asia, to ensure the good running status of the installed generators at customer side.
- Proactively promote the service sales product to customer by customer visit and customer call, to support the service revenue growth of the repair center.
- Collect customer info, to support the sales, application and business development activities.
- Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement
Requirements: - Prefer bachelor’s degree in major of electrical, electronics and related.
- Prefer min. 3-year working experience in electronics and related.
- Have knowledge background with plasma generator’s electronic logical circuit, electrical schematic, and components’ function.
- Have knowledge background of the manufacturing equipment, technical process, and the application of the plasma generator in solar industry. corresponding knowledge of Low-E and semi. industry is a plus.
- Could communicate with the Malaysia customers in Malay via call and E-mail.
- Could communicate with all Asia customers and global colleagues in English via call and E-mail.
- Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility, and customer orientation.
- Able to handle multi-tasks from different topics.
- Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
- Ability to continuously learn.
- Be able to have frequent business travel with irregular base.
- Strong anti-pressure ability.
- Observe the regulations of company but not limited on Employee’s handbook and code of conduct.
