Our Tech Assist team deliver and support technology solutions for all businesses in our Kuala Lumpur office.

As the Tech Assist Lead, you will be the face of IT to our businesses for all technology services and platforms.

What role will you play?

Own technology problems and requests, working with offshore team / vendors where required to deliver positive outcomes for the business.

Ownership of the local KL environment by forging trusted relationships with the business, being the face of technology across your environment, whilst updating / escalating via offshore channels.

What you offer

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications
  • Experience supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365), ability to support and troubleshoot issues
  • Experience supporting market data and OMS platforms, namely Bloomberg, Fidessa, Newport
  • Familiar with local Bursa Exchange connectivity
  • Experience ensuring local IT governance, control & Technology regulatory compliance requirements are met
  • Experience coordinating responses to new legislation/rules from Securities Commission Malaysia
