Job Description

  • Manage strategic programmes to drive universities engagement and raise brand awareness amongst job seekers.
  • Establish a regional employer brand identity aligned with CIMB’s values and culture
  • Establish, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding presence using the CIMB Corporate Branding Guidelines
  • Translate our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to engage external talents
  • Design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life
  • Measure, analyze, and report on key performance metrics
  • Set, monitor and review social media standards and ensure that employer branding and recruiting goals are aligned. 
  • Write creative & persuasive copy for various social media platforms.
  • Plan and oversee the production of all GHR printed recruiting materials, including brochures, slides and ads. 
  • Lead the awards creative writing and submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, guidelines and the Department’s policies and procedures regionally
  • To perform any other responsibilities / task as assigned by the management from time to time.
